TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING WORK

These are the terms of all contracts unless mutually agreed otherwise at the time of arranging the training.

Materials
Pip will provide information required for publicity purposes, a programme and top copies of handouts for photocopying to a timescale agreed with the training organiser.

Payment
Pip will invoice on completion of a training event. Payment is due within 28 days of invoice. VAT is payable for courses in the UK.

Cancellation
In the case of cancellation by the training organiser:

• Within 7 days of the first day of the training event will result in payment of the full fee and of any travel tickets already purchased.
• Between 8 and 27 days will result in payment of 50% of the full fee.
• Twenty-eight days or more ahead of the first day will result in no payment
